75-minute sound bath. Immerse yourself in the relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic sounds of gongs, singing bowls, flutes, drums and other instruments. Allow yourself to de-stress, quiet your mind and be transported to a place of self-reflection, healing and harmony.

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation on the day will only be refunded if the space can be filled from the waiting list. By attending a Harmony Sound Bath you confirm that you and all members of your party (if applicable) have read and understood the contraindications and precautions listed on the event website and that you consent to receiving sound therapy treatment.
