75-minute sound bath meditation. Allow yourself to be guided into a relaxed, meditative state and become immersed in the therapeutic sound of singing bowls, gongs, flutes and other instruments. Let the ethereal soundscape and deep vibrations transport you to a place of peace, release, reflection, healing and harmony. These Sunday evening sessions are intended to set you up for a good night's sleep, help you feel rested and prepare you for the week ahead.

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellation after this point will only be refunded if the space can be filled from the waiting list.
