SOUND THERAPY & MASSAGE

In 2022, Darren decided to expand his skillset and began training as a massage therapist and then discovered a new passion for sound therapy. He has now established his own complementary therapy business - Harmony Complementary Therapy - based in Lee, London.

 

He is a qualified Sound Therapist (Sound Healing Academy Level 2 Practitioner Diploma) and Soft Tissue Therapist (BTEC Level 5 Diploma - Sports & Remedial Massage). He offers stand-alone sound therapy treatments using a multitude of instruments including tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, Native American-style flutes, quartz crystal bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion. He often integrates sound healing instruments into his massage treatments e.g. tuning forks for acupressure and Himalayan bowls on the body to provide a sonic massage and increase relaxation.
